Help to lose weight for police training?
im 5ft5 and weigh 160 pounds, my weight has always been up and down and until recently i smoke and drank way too much. i have quit smoking for six months now
i can feel healthy but i would really like to shift my wieght so i can train to a police officer, i want to ace the fitness test and i want buying clothes to become easy unlike now!
if anyone has any good fitness plans or maybe even a easy way to eat healthy without it costing so much as im only working a little now. please help

Look up “Negative Calorie Foods” (those are foods that make your body burn more calories than are actually in the food), you can eat as much of those as you want and not gain any weight. Eat those foods and only drink water and you will lose a lot of weight. I lost 15 lbs in two weeks b4 my wedding by doing this.
