bodybuilding side effects

I do bodybuilding and I go to the gym almost everyday. I am 17. Is it safe to eat 4-6 egg whites per day?
Is it safe for me to eat 4-6 egg whites per day? If not I will stop eating egg whites ASAP. I just want to be lean and muscular without suffering any side effects. I don’t do any drugs in bodybuilding like taking those protein powders etc… or steroids…. I also drink milk 3 times a day with protein content of 33.5 grams/100g of milk. SAFE OR NOT? NEED HELP. I don’t really eat much junk foods nor do I drink softdrinks nor beer. Just Bottled Water and some sports drinks like Gatorade.
First of all Protein supplements are NOT drugs…….they are supplements. They help you get the amount of protein in every day, works great for putting on muscle. If your not taking one then your going to need to eat alot more protein.
Secondly, there’s nothing wrong with have 4-6 egg whites per day. Should be just apart of your breakfast.
Sorry but I don’t think your eating enough. But then again, it really depends on your size & metabolism
