Are women physically turned off by bodybuilder types?
I know that some of you may have a common misconception and stereotype of bodybuilders being that they’re all arrogant, conceited, controlling and insane. Well, the reality is that not all are created the same. Now, lets put all personality features and misconceptions aside. Lets assume that he’s the nicest guy ever. He’s everything you could ask for. Could you be attracted to him physically?
And when I say bodybuilder, I mean someone who’s pro or near pro, not just some guy lifting weights at the gym for fun. Like these guys:

I’m curious because I’ve heard some women say that they’re turned off by the freak of nature look.
Personally the pro bodybuilder look is too much for me. People have a hard time with body extremes. A lot of women like tall men but not 7 feet tall. 6′4″ is the correct answer. Men don’t like women that are too skinny or too fat to the extent that if a Hollywood star gains 5# she is fat or if she drops 5# she is anorexic.
I do have to say that when I think pro bodybuilder I think on stage, oiled and in a tiny swimsuit not some man in jeans and a t-shirt sitting in front of me having an intellagent conversation. I have dated all sorts of different bodies and faces and their looks aren’t what makes me stay or go. When you meet someone you like let your personality shine (not your oily pecs). Sorry I couldn’t resist.
